Nilesh Maheshwari is a Finance and strategy professional with experience of more than 10 years in Fundraising via various debt and equity financial products & structures, turnaround of stressed companies/assets, restructuring and consolidation of debt. Nilesh has raised funds for companies across industries like Hotels & Hospitality, Real estate, Logistics & Travels, Warehousing, Media & Entertainment and Manufacturing and service sector companies PAN India. Prior to starting his entrepreneurial journey, he has worked with boutique investment-banking firms and was responsible for end-to-end execution of transactions.
